Invoice

A document issued by the seller in the name of the buyer acknowledging the actual cargo delivery or rendered services and their price after acceptance. It contains a detailed description and prices of the delivered goods, number of delivery document, invoice amount and other information. It also can serve as a waybill sent with the goods and as a certificate of origin.
