Storage and transshipment of heating oil and low-viscosity marine fuels intended for export and bunkering of vessels from rail transport to sea vessels.

Raiway cars are drawn by a carrier's locomotive in accordance with the tripartite agreement between Russian Railways JSC, Commercial Port of Vladivostok PJSC and VLADPORTBUNKER NPP LLC.
