The main purposes of these measures are checking up of FESCO Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of international standards ISO 9001:2000 as regards services by:
Sea freight traffic activities including general and bulked cargoes, trump services, line and container traffics,
Ice-breaker assistance and using,
Port and sea haulages,
Sea service organization and platform provision.
The volume of inspection have been defined by control Plan. It’s include the audit of Company’s policy, purposes, organization structure and planning. Moreover it’s include basic and subsidiary industrial and management processes and documentation of QMS also.
The Plan include the work with documents and estimation of Company activities with purpose to refine weaknesses which were found before.
The work of expert group has three foundations:
The method of Positive based on maximum accordance with QMS and render assistance,
Addition value method which intend next developing of QMS,
Confidentiality.
The expert inspection spread all FESCO basic subdivisions namely Technical Department, Personal Department, Trump fleet Department, Container line Department, Fuel Department, Department of marketing and new projects.
The decision of Quality Management System Conformity with accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 will issue thereon.
Early the Certificate of QMS were issue to FESCO by these Association of Certification:
Association of certification “Russian Register”;
SAI GLOBAL Limited;
IQNet (The International Certification Network).
