Rating evaluation was carried out according to two basic criteria: professional efficiency of the company and personal business reputation of the manager.
The evaluation of the Company work results is consisted of the total combination of six factors:

The evaluation of the personal business reputation is the part of success in leadership qualities of the manager, expert and social reputation.
The TOP-1000 of the best Russian business leaders includes the representatives of business community whose activity essentially affects the company, region and Russian economy as a whole. Specialists note that this rating of professional reputation plays the important role in Russian business community.
In the work of rating preparation more than 400 experts took part such as representatives of state profile companies, business associations, leading Russian companies were included into the expert group.
