FESCO Transportation Group (‘FESCO’) announces that the Supervisory Board of Commercial Port of Vladivostok PJSC (‘CPV’, the ‘Port’, part of FESCO Group) has decided to terminate the powers of the general director of CPV Zairbek Yusupov.
The decision was made on 30 September 2020. The Supervisory Board of CPV also elected Roman Kukharukh to the post of the General Director of the Port starting from October 2.

The Supervisory Board of CPV has requested the new management the task to develop the Port. The key points are, besides the improvement of the financial performance, to ensure the preservation of jobs, high wages for employees, and the expansion of social packages and programs.

The Board of Directors of FESCO (the parent company of FESCO Group) at its meeting earlier decided to terminate the employment contract with Zairbek Yusupov, Vice-president of Port Division, and to exclude him from the Management Board of FESCO starting from 30 September 2020.
