Management of FESCO and the Governor of Primorye held a working meeting at CPV

The President of FESCO Transportation Group (“FESCO”) Arkady Korosteljov, the General Director of Commercial Port of Vladivostok PJSC (“CPV”, the “Port”, part of FESCO) Roman Kukharuk and the governor of the Primorye Territory Oleg Kozhemyako have held a working meeting with the Port’s employees.

The participants of the meeting have confirmed the previously reached agreements on cooperation aimed at the development of the Port to the employees.

Earlier, FESCO, the Government of the Primorye Territory and the community-based organization of seaports’ workers of the Primorye Territory of the Russian Dockers' Union made a partnership agreement, under which FESCO guaranteed the fulfillment of all given social obligations and provisions of the collective agreement of the Port’s workers.

Arkady Korosteljov noted that within this partnership the Rosatom State Corporation assigned one of its companies to manage the Port. He also pointed out that Rosatom was not going to become one of the shareholders of FESCO or CPV.
