FESCO won the Quest for Quality award for the third time

The magazine Logistics Management awarded FESCO with the Quest for Quality Award as one of the Quality Carriers.

By the 2005 Quest for Quality survey results FESCO has been selected by the readers of Logistics Management as one of the Quality Carriers in the Ocean Carriers category.

FESCO took 5th place and left behind such the largest liner companies as Hyundai Merchant Marine, Maersk Sealand, Mitsui OSK Line, COSCO and China Shipping.

Logisic Managtiitent’s Quest for Quality is by far the most extensive research study conducted to evaluate and measure transportation service providers in the logistics industry. The results of the Quest for Quality study set the gold standard for logistics excellence and clearly define the key characteristics that shippers seek in a world-class logistics provider.

Thousands of questionnaires were mailed to a sample of readers who buy freight in 11 different categories. This influential set of Logistics Management readers were then asked to rank hundreds of carriers on the following criteria: Performance, Value, Information Technology, Customer Service, Equipment, and Operations.
