FESCO Transportation Group appoints Dmitry Shokhin as Vice President, Legal and Corporate Affairs

FESCO Transportation Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Dmitry Shokhin as Vice President, Legal and Corporate Affairs effective November 10, 2015. He will also become a member of the Company’s Management Board.

Mr. Shokhin has more than 14 years of legal experience. Previously, he held the office of Vice President, General Counsel at Summa Group. Mr. Shokhin served as Vice-President of Industrial Investors LLC between 2013 and 2014, and also as Vice-President for Legal Affairs of FESCO between 2009 and 2013. Prior to that, Mr. Shokhin was an associate at Coudert Brothers LLP in Moscow and New York.

Dmitry Shokhin graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University where he majored in Law. He also holds an LL.M. from Duke University School of Law. In 2002 Dmitry was awarded the Candidate of Sciences degree in Law. Mr. Shokhin is licensed to practice law in New York State.
