FESCO, the Far-Eastern Federal University and the Agency for Human Capital Development in the Russian Far East Have Agreed on Cooperation in Human Capital Development and Provision of Personnel

Within the framework of the Eastern Economic forum held in Vladivostok, Aleksandr Isurin, the President of FESCO, Sergey Khovrat, the General Director of the Agency for Human Capital Development in the Russian Far East and Nikita Anisimov, rector of the Far-Eastern Federal University (FEFU), signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of human capital development and training.

The main objective of the trilateral partnership between FESCO, the Far-Eastern Federal University (FEFU) and the Agency for Human Capital Development in the Russian Far East is the development of complex solutions for proficient training of qualified transportation specialists and specialists for work at FESCO TG.

"FESCO is the largest employer in the region, so for us it is important to exchange experience with the Agency for Human Capital Development in the Russian Far East and the Far-Eastern Federal University to improve the system of specialists training for work in the transportation and logistics cluster. In its turn, not only FESCO is ready to host students for professional internship and pre-graduation training at companies of FESCO Transportation Group, but also to employ FEFU graduates", Aleksandr Isurin said at the end of the negotiations.
