FESCO Successfully Completed the First Transit Declaration for Vladivostok Port

Data exchange with customs authorities was carried out in soft real time. FIT became the first company to file a transit customs declaration for the Commercial Port of Vladivostok in electronic format.

In the future, one hundred percent of documentation for customs declarations of goods in transit will be completed electronically. This shift will speed up document processing and will improve the quality of work with this type of cargo, significantly reduce transit time for Trans-Siberian shipments, as well as optimize the data exchange process with customs authorities.

The customs post at Vladivostok Port is included in the pilot test zone for electronic registration of transit cargo — a project that is carried out in accordance with the order issued by the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation.
