FESCO’s Board of Directors elected new Management Board

According to the decision of the Board of Directors, starting from 2 March 2020, the Management Board of FESCO is elected as follows:

−      Aleksandrs Isurins, President

−      Ekaterina Grishkovets, Vice-president of External Relations;

−      Konstantin Kolesnikov, Vice-President of Human Resources;

−      Yury Plotnikov, Vice-president of Security;

−      Ilya Rodionov, Vice-president of Legal and Corporate Affairs;

−      Maхim Sakharov, Vice-president of Finance;

−      Konstantin Teterin, Vice-president of Liner and Logistics Division;

−      Aidemir Usakhov, Vice-president of Rail Division;

−      Zairbek Yusupov, Vice-president of Port Division.

Therefore, the composition of the Management Board was extended to 9 members, including Ilya Rodionov, who is appointed Vice-president of Legal and Corporate Affairs and is starting in his new role on 2 March 2020.

Ilya Rodionov has been in charge of legal support of the Group’s activities since 2016. Election of Mr. Rodionov to the Management Board will strengthen the corporate governance in the Group and enhance the efficiency of legal work and compliance functions in the corporate control system.

Prior to working in FESCO, Ilya Rodionov was a partner in the law firm “Reznik, Gagarin and Partners” and a head of legal division in an investment bank. For more than 15 year he has been acting as an independent advisor on legal, corporate and property issues to Russian and foreign business representatives.

Mr. Rodionov graduated from the Kutafin Moscow State Law University with a degree in Law, and he also obtained a degree in mining engineering and a research degree in enterprise economy from the Russian State Geological Prospecting University.
