During June 2017, discount showed its effectiveness and attractiveness to users.
When placing a request for an import intermodal transportation, which includes one of the block trains from Vladivostok to Moscow (FMS), Novosibirsk (FSS), Yekaterinburg (FUS) or Saint Petersburg (FBS), on my.fesco.com customers get a discount of 1000 rubles for each container sent at the basic rate. Such conditions allow attracting additional cargo to be processed via personal account, which is in line with FESCO's strategy to develop e-commerce.
Personal account upgrading is aimed at client work environment improvement and streamlining of interaction between all parties involved in transportation. Today, personal account allows users to calculate the cost, apply for transportation, track the cargo and the history of orders, monitor customs registration, receive documents and bills online. In the future, clients will be able to fully control the delivery, anywhere in the world and at any time, viewing in their personal account all the necessary information from any device, including a mobile phone.
