FESCO Group clarification on media reports 03/31/2018

FESCO Transportation Group (“Group”) notes media reports about investigative actions were conducted within certain Russian companies of the Group. All the companies of the Group are operating as usual and without interruption.

On March 30 and 31, 2018, in several Russian companies of the Group there was an ordinary request for presentation of documents, which has been fulfilled as a matter of course. All actions are not linked to the Group companies' business activities and managment. There are no any prosecution claims to any company within the Group or its executives. The Group business activities are fully transparent and comply with all applicable laws.

The current situation will not negatively affect Group’s operations in any way. Should you have any questions or concerns, please report it to fesco@fesco.com.
