FESCO Transportation Group (“FESCO”, the “Group”) has welcomed another container ship FS Ipanema as part of its fleet renewal program.
The vessel will continue to operate on the line between ports of the United States and Venezuela under the current contract.
Length of the container ship is 179.7 meters, width – 27.6 meters, deadweight – 25 902 tons, capacity – 1 794 TEU. The crew consists of 19 people, Dmitry Mazurov is the captain.
FS Ipanema is the sixth vessel to join the fleet of the Group over the past year and a half. In 2020, FESCO welcomed universal bulk carriers FESCO Uliss and FESCO Paris to its fleet, and in September and October 2021 – container ships FESCO Yanina and FESCO Sofia as well as the universal bulk carrier FESCO Olga.
