FESCO and LOCKO-Bank will cooperate in the financial sector

FESCO Transportation Group (“FESCO”, the “Group”) and Joint stock company “LOCKO-Bank” (“LOCKO-Bank”) have agreed to cooperate in the financial sector.

The corresponding agreement of intent was signed by Leonid Zvyagintsev, Vice-president, Finances of FESCO and Elena Portnyagina, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of LOCKO-Bank within the framework of the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF).

The companies plan to implement a number of projects in the field of corporate and personal services, providing consulting services on jointly implemented projects.

The parties also agreed to work out a possibility of providing the Group with various bank products and providing corporate loyalty programs to FESCO employees.
