Elena will be responsible for financing across the whole transportation group, including the financial aspects of the strategy, financial planning and procurements, support of business activities of the company, its subsidiaries and affiliates.
Before joining FESCO, Elena held senior positions and was the CEO at the VimpelCom company since 1999 and she also previously worked in the EMS Garantpost, SprintInternational and GlobalOne companies. She graduated from the Economics Faculty of the Moscow Institute of Communications.
