Alexander Vinokurov became Chairman of FESCO Board of Directors

FESCO Board of Directors held its meeting on June 28, 2013. The Board elected its Chairman and approved the composition of the Audit Committee and the Human Recourses and Remuneration Committee.

Alexander Vinokurov, President of Summa Group, became Chairman of FESCO Board of Directors.

The following directors were elected to the Audit Committee: Sergei Zakharov (Chairman of the Committee), Alexander Vinokurov, Stefan Kowski and Dmitry Kalinin. The Human Recourses and Remuneration Committee will consist of Nataliya Sedykh (Chairman of the Committee), Stephen Peel, Nataliya Chumachenko, and Marat Shaidayev.
